Film Engagement at the Portland Rose Garden

I photographed Ryan and Becky’s wedding last year amid the pandemic. It was romantic and soft and sweet. They exchanged vows the day before during a private adventure session. This time around they are wanting to celebrate and have the huge party that they didn’t get because of restrictions. This was another engagement session of sorts and completely fitting of their personality. They both are into film photography, so of course, we incorporated one of their cameras and those film canisters you see in the first image? That is vodka to get them in the zone. It was truly so special to be able to celebrate with them this way. You’ll notice that some of the images are from a point-and-shoot film camera. Very fitting for their love of film.
