What is the typical process like to hire a photographer?

We will chat and see what your vision is and to see if we're a good fit. I like to answer questions over the phone or in person. It is good to meet face to face someway because you know you always get a gut feeling about vendors. I want you to get a good feeling about working with me!

Then our next steps are to sign the agreement, pay the retainer fee and choose an engagement session date.

After that I will help you or your planner work on the day of timeline. There are specific times of day to get the best photos and I want to make sure nothing is rushed.

Do you bring backup gear?

Always. This is a one time day that can't be repeated. I want to make sure all my bases are covered.

Can you refer vendors that would suit us best?

Absolutely! I have a great list of vendors that I know are insanely professional and talented!

Do you travel?

Heck yes! I will meet you wherever your heart decides to say "I do"

Can you help us find a spot to elope?

Absolutely. Part of what I do is to find the best spot in whichever location you want to get married or elope. I can also secure the permits for you if you decide you want to go to a national park.

How soon do we get our images back?

I always provide sneak peeks the next day because I'm so pumped about the photos and sharing them with you. The full gallery takes 90 days to return to you because I'm usually shooting two weddings a weekend and have quite a bit of work to move through during peak season. I want to make sure your images look perfect so I spend time to make them their best.
